For this Auto Capping Machine we help our maincon to do the panel & sensor wiring, cabeling, labeling, PLC & HMI programming. Omron PLC is used together with a DELTA HMI. Below are the panel of the machine.

Delta HMI located beside the machine to let the user to key in required time setting & speed for the machine to operate.

A FUJI servo motor with servo drive are used to tighten the cap into the bottle using torque control method.

 

A CKD Absodex Indexing table is also used in this project for the ease of moving the cap to different position for different process.
