This project consist of a custom PC software which link with Keyence PLC and Sehan Screw driver. We done the software and wiring part for this project. Meanwhile our main contractor done the mechanical work for this project.

Our PC software gets all the info from the screw driver for every screw the operate tightened. Then the info gathered is displayed on the screen, and logged in to an excel file for tracing usage. The torque and the screw amount has to meet the product requirement or else the alarm will sound.

Also there is a vision sensor to check the plate condition before the operator can start the screwing process.
