This short circuit checker system is build using PLC and integrated with custom made PCB board. Our customer use our system to check if their product have any short circuit between each connector connections.

Before using our automated solution, our customer site operator has to check the connection one by one using multimeter . The connector has 16 pins and it is very time consuming to check the connection one by one manually between pins.

With our solution we greatly reduced the checking time with a higher accuracy result.

If the connection has any short circuit connection, it will display the result as image below.

Our panel is very compact but all the wiring is done nicely and tidy with proper labeling.
