We build a custom memory switcher for our customer. The problem faced by customer is that they need to switch the memory card for their PLC every time they change product model. With our solution, they just need to scan the barcode of the product, then our system will do the auto memory switching process for them. All the existing memory card is inserted on the custom PCB fabricated by Mirai, and no manually memory card switching needed anymore. Setup time is reduced and production increases for this production line.
