This project is to use Keyence Vision System to check customer product before proceed into next process. Customer will scan the barcode of every product before start vision checking. The vision check program will change based on the barcode scanned, our system can store up to 100 different sets of program.

If the vision system detected any NG part on the product, it will not release the current product into the next process.
