Automatic screwing machine able to increase the productivity and minimize the human error while controlling the desired torque to screw a product.

The video below shows the auto screwing machine use vacuum suction to pick up the M2 screw and screw it into the pedal accurately with torque set by the user earlier. Vision system able to add on to the screwing machine to finding the screwing position more accurately and to detect the screw existence after finish screwing as a poka-yoke process.
