We built a SMT PCB laser marker machine for our customer that able to cater PCB size up to 500mm x 500mm (L x W). User can set and save the marking position on the laser marker touch screen HMI. Every QR code laser marked on the PCB is inspect using Keyence Barcode reader SR-1000 to ensure the QR code readability. The data read is logged inside a CVS file for user to access and traceability purpose.

Our laser marker come with SMEMA connectivity and can work with a loader and unloader to load the PCB into the machine to be laser marked automatically. After laser marking process, the finished PCB will send out to unloader in order. For our customer to mark a 15 sets of 4mm x 4mm QR code on different position on the PCB, it only takes 4 sec for each position marking including inspection time. Meanwhile, the real time data such as current date time and running serial number also marked together on the PCB QR code.
